Oliver Kellman brings three decades of geoeconomic, geopolitical, and multilateral institutional engagement representing sovereign heads of state and senior government leaders in emerging markets across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe. His work has spanned the World Economic Forum, the United Nations General Assembly, the World Bank and International Monetary Fund meetings, the Atlantic Council, the African Union Summit, and the OECD Development Assistance Committee. Active engagements include sovereign and ministerial counterparties across Africa, with additional strategic dialogue underway across emerging market jurisdictions aligned to critical mineral development and industrial infrastructure expansion.
